Yes, at timelesstruths.org over the past month we have also frequently been experiencing very slow responses or timing out without a response.
We’ve been seeing heavy traffic due to bots affecting many sites. Investigation is in progress.
Some configuration updates have been made which we expect to improve stability. We will continue monitoring.
